Sitting in a lot of decisions in my life. Lots of external pressures which are in reality our own perceptions and judgments on what the world our life experiences should look like.
Today I have taken a step to allow some answers to come to me in some stillness.

My future decisions have huge consequences. Making sure this moment it is about me and what is beneficial for me. Not anyone else.

Layers of emotions from anger to resentment to disgust to disbelief to sadness all roll through every inch of my body. Do I hold them? Do I let them go?

Who is winning here? It’s not about winning it’s about freedom to move forward.

This is a personal journey … one many can relate to.. as we carry the weight of others .. corded energetically to our choices in life. Justice isn’t served by me.. it’s delivered by the universe.

Time to let go.. do what’s right for me.

That is the clear message I have had in my ability to sit with this .. no anxiety no panic just presence.

This is the new version moving forward with a safer nervous system!

This is where healing occurs at cellular levels from generations 🧬

No more self abandonment. 🫶

There is so much I can say and why so many stay “high performers” who have had such a life of masking their trauma.. we speak of it ., you are a “victim” you don’t speak on it you stay in denial ..

The body mind spirit are one and the impact of repeated trauma ( big or little) has an impact emotionally and biologically!
