📌 Ongoing Cleans — Booking Fee & Cancellation Policy

We require a $50 booking fee for all ongoing cleaning services. This fee is refundable when you choose to cancel your ongoing cleans, as long as 72 hours’ notice is provided.

When the Booking Fee Is Forfeited:
• If you cancel your ongoing cleans with less than 72 hours’ notice, the booking fee is forfeited.
• If you need to reschedule a clean with less than 24 hours’ notice, the booking fee is also forfeited.
In this case, a new $50 booking fee will be required. This new fee will again be refundable when you eventually cancel your ongoing cleans with the required 72 hours’ notice.

Why This Policy Exists:
This policy ensures fairness for both myself and my cleaners. Last-minute cancellations and reschedules can significantly impact our income, so the booking fee helps protect our time and availability.
