From flowing Vinyasa , strong Power, and grounding Hatha, to powerful practices, deep Yin, meditation and Yoga Nidra… every practice carries a different energy, and I invite you to explore with an open heart and discover what your body and soul are calling for. 🤍

My classes are offered in different beautiful spaces across WA — in my little sanctuary in Baldivis, around Fremantle, and wherever nature invites us to gather. 🌾

As the colder months settle in, I am delighted to offer Hot Stone Massage sessions to help you relax, unwind, and reconnect with your body. 🤍

Hot Stone Massage combines the healing warmth of smooth volcanic stones with nurturing massage techniques to gently melt away tension, ease sore muscles, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system.

The warmth of the stones allows the body to soften deeply, creating a beautiful sense of relaxation, grounding, and wellbeing.
