As we begin 40 Days of Prayer & Fasting, we want to invite you to make space to seek God in a fresh way.
Fasting isn't about earning God's favour or proving your spirituality. It's about quieting the distractions, turning our hearts toward Him, and making room to hear His voice.
Whether you've fasted many times before or you're considering it for the very first time, we've put together a Practical Guide to Fasting to help you get started. It covers what fasting is (and isn't), practical ways to fast, common questions, and important health considerations.
