A free, weekly, timed 5k event every Saturday morning at 8am at Victoria Park Lake. Everyone is welcome to walk, run or volunteer.

It's Friday night......and that means tomorrow is parkrun day!!! We are ready to go with our vollies all organized and keen as mustard. Please remember that parkrun is a bit tight at the moment with the road works so take that into account when you arrive. First timers briefing at 7:45, main briefing at 7:55 at the rotunda in front of the SAM building. See you there! ❤️
