This Sunday 🙏🏽💖💕 marks day 13 of my mental health refresh. Managing anxiety and social discomfort led me to master self-hair braiding, granting style flexibility and a mood boost.
Self care activities such as haircuts, painting your nails, face masks, extended baths, trying a new tea, or trying a new hobby, can significantly enhance one's mood.
Recognizing the importance of self-care enables emotional replenishment and stress-free support for others.
