The 2026–27 State Budget has landed, and our Deputy CEO Michael Hopkins was at State Parliament to hear first-hand what it means for our industry.

There’s a huge pipeline of work ahead – a record $119 billion in infrastructure over the next four years, plus:
✅ $4+ billion for hospitals
✅ $1.45 billion for schools
✅ $1 billion for social and community housing

It’s a massive opportunity but getting it right will depend on strong government support and the right policy settings.
