Studies link resistance based exercise as the strongest, non medication based preventive treatment available! Suffering? From the arthritis foundation website it states- ‘exercise is considered the most effective, non-drug treatment for reducing pain and improving movement in patients with osteoarthritis’

When’s the last time you gave yourself some time off? I don’t mean time on the couch with the tv/phone (stimulates the brain) I mean time where you can switch off and let the brain just be off? It can be quite relaxing, leading to a better sense of calm and better recovery post work outs.

It’s harder to enter into a rest and digest state of mind if the mind is busy with silly videos or shows that might feel relaxing but are still making your Brain work when really it should be resting.
