So many people are misplaced right now because they’ve said no. We said no but nothing changed for us. I say this not to rub it in to these wonderful humans but to assure them that there are other ways you can create your freedom 💗

This full time travel life can be hard on your body, particularly your liver. I have never been a big drinker but found with travelling that it was way too easy to be social and have a drink or ✌🏼 (sometimes more) at happy hour 😬
It’s time! I’m not setting any rules around it but feel it’s time I refocused, prioritise myself & my health and gave it my all!

What promises are you making for yourself right now?

Side note: I found replacing alcohol with lime and soda or kombucha makes me feel like I’m still being social 😉

Side note #2: Did you know that alcohol inhibits the body’s ability to absorb vitamins and nutrients. So even if you are eating super well and taking whole foods supplements like LLV, you’re not getting everything you should be.

How many times a day do you spray your surfaces? 🤔 Breathing in all sorts of chemicals (so do those around you) 🤮

Saying you don’t have the time or you just didn’t know, isn’t good enough! The choices you make about the products you use for you and your family daily is critical for your health. Don’t let them fool you with labels like Organic, Clean, Vegan, Cruelty Free etc, they are often still packed with nasties.

There’s definitely been times where we have had to go longer than I would like to admit between sheet washes 😬🙊
I’m a clean freak, so it’s actually probably not that bad compared to some but it’s always nice to have a little refresh when you can’t wash/change as often as you like.
