Wages & Super Increasing from 1 July 2021 Changes for Employers - National Minimum Wage and Award wages are increasing by 2.5%, and superannuation is increasing to 10% from 1 July 2021.

In light of the changes to casual employment introduced in March 2021, it’s important that all businesses urgently update their employment contracts to ensure they are compliant with the changes and provide adequate commercial protection for the business.

To support clients with these changes, we are offering to update employment agreements previously drafted by Edwards HR, for a simple fixed fee.

This will include updating your employment agreement template in accordance with the legislative changes and inserting additional clauses specific to casual employment for your commercial protection.
