It is with great pleasure that we share with you the promotion of Michelle Duval, Shaun Purcell, Brent Hardcastle, Daniel Tsang and Maddie Zahos to Senior Associate at Wilson Architects. Their new role recognises the wealth of knowledge and experience, and the exemplary success and leadership they bring to Wilson Architects. Together they bring a diverse set of skills and interests to the leadership of the practice.

Michelle is genuine and passionate about architecture and the social impact it can have. Honest and insightful she endeavours to make places for life to flourish in all of her designs.

Shaun is a deep thinker and designer extraordinaire. His ability to synthesise and communicate the complexities of architecture design is the envy of those who meet him.

Daniel is meticulous and thoughtful, thoroughly dedicated to achieving great results exceeding expectation. He is steadfast to the ebbs and flows of our unpredictable industry and an anchor for all staff.

Brent is curious and considered, erudite across all things within and beyond architecture, unreserved and loves to engage everyone in a conversation and knowledge exchange.

Maddie brings a calm and clear-headed approach to her architecture and can always be counted on to provide an unique design perspective. She is the silent achiever of the Wilson Architects team, approachable and a great mentor for who are fortunate to work with her.

We are very excited about the contribution Michelle, Shaun, Brent, Daniel and Maddie will make in shaping the future of Architecture, and congratulate them on their new position.

Homelessness is a complex societal issue that takes a huge toll on people's physical and mental wellbeing.

We believe that everyone deserves the security, stability, privacy, and safety of a home and are proud to support the Second Chance Programme for 2022's Sleepout for Homelessness fundraising campaign which supports women and children who are suffering housing stress and who are at risk of homelessness.

Despite the change in architectural tools, one thing has stayed the same— our commitment to co-creation and collaboration on designs with our clients.
