MyFirstGym Springfield is looking for a Superstar Junior Coach to join our incredible team!

We're searching for someone who is energetic, nurturing, reliable and passionate about creating positive experiences for children aged 0-5 years and their families.

✅ Experience working with children aged 0-5 years
✅ Enthusiastic, engaging and confident personality
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Ability to build strong relationships with children and parents
✅ Reliable, punctual and team-focused
✅ Experience in childcare, early learning, coaching, teaching or a similar field highly regarded

📅 Must be available to work mornings:
• Monday
• Tuesday
• Wednesday
• Thursday
• Friday
• Saturday

We're looking for our next Gymnastics & Tumbling Coach to join our amazing team at MyFirstGym Springfield!

✅ Gymnastics and/or Tumbling experience required
✅ Relevant coaching certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
✅ Positive, energetic and reliable personality
✅ Great communication skills and ability to work with children of all ages
✅ Passion for creating an engaging and safe learning environment
✅ Ability to work as part of a high-performing team

📅 Must be available every:
• Monday afternoon
• Wednesday afternoon
• Friday afternoon
