That comes naturally to you…
That energises you…
That others recognise in you even when you don’t see it yourself.

Tonight wasn’t just about motivation…
It was about activation.

I challenged every student, parent, and leader in the room to ask:

What do I do better than most?
Where do I bring the most value?
Am I courageous enough to own it?

Because once you identify it…
👉 You can build it
👉 You can scale it
👉 You can turn it into your competitive advantage in life
