20 Squats with 10 pulses on last squat
20 Mountain climbers
15 Pike ups
10 Push ups
10 Squat jumps
10 Lunges (each leg)
30 Second side plank hold (each side)
30 Second handstand hold
20 Second v-sit hold (arms out wide)
15 Leg lowers
10 Tuck kick out
10 Candle stick to tuck jump
15 Single Leg calf raises
