I was living in a body I was completely disconnected from. I was unhappy, fed up with not understanding my body and I knew I had just let myself go.
So much can change in a year when you lean into the process and give yourself no option in your mind but to make it work.
Change happens when the pain of staying the same outweighs the fear of doing something different.
So ofc 0-100 ammi went all in on bodybuilding comps and it was exactly the commitment I needed at the time! I love the hustle of pushing your limits 🔥
