No drama group existed in the local Strathmore area.

You’d be forgiven for thinking our next play a two hander would be relatively easy to dress our actors Angelique Malcolm and Chris Mentor but our Costume Designer Frances has been kept super busy because they play SEVEN characters each in our 1980s English pub.
Frances has found lots of great options in our Stag wardrobe, op shops and wonderful support from Cathy at Heidelberg Theatre. Just a few bits and pieces to go.
Anyone with a Liverpool Football Club scarf and hat- we’d love to loan it for 3 weeks and promise to take good care of it. Please reach out to us!

One of the lovely things about community theatre is the support you get from other theatre folk!
Set builder Paul & Director Tash appreciated exploring generous Neil Barnett’s treasure trove of props suitable for our 1980s pub! We are also grateful to Beaumaris theatre for the loan of their beautiful bar and Max for the beer taps loan.
