Very few relationships I’ve experienced make it past the understanding phase. And I’m not just talking about intimate relationships—I’m talking about all of them, especially business ones. A woman said to me this morning, “I’m surprised to see you back out in mining. I thought your business was taking off,” and she was right—it was. It was growing exponentially right before COVID, and COVID put a stop to that. But without using that as an excuse, a big part of me still needed to grow—and I use the term “big” lightly; a massive part of me needed to grow. You see, you can’t have something you desire unless you’re compatible with that future before you attain it. This whole idea of “fake it until you make it” is rubbish, as the cracks eventually start showing up, and you’ll fail.

These last couple of years have felt like my biggest challenges yet also my biggest breakthroughs ever. So, to everyone wondering what’s been going on lately, this is it: the first version of our product, a one-of-a-kind AI pocket coach, is now ready for organizations, and I’m about to launch my second business venture, which is top secret 🫢. I’m super excited for it. The dream is very much alive. I once got frustrated thinking my business and life should’ve followed a certain path, but that couldn’t have been more wrong. The business and life lesson I’ve learned is that you need to just trust the process—you can’t control everything, and it will all work out as it’s meant to. That’s not easy to do when you’re in the thick of it, that’s for sure. But I feel myself becoming clearer and lighter by the day, and I’m more grateful than ever 💚.
