Recently completed was this great project in Shailer Park QLD. We assisted our client with sourcing and negotiating this great wide frontage site. This custom designed 5 Bedroom, 4 bathroom home of 262sqm had a great outcome!. This one even had space for a huge sauna in the main ensuite. Our builder assisted with the pool installation and it was smiles all round on completion. Delivered on budget and on time. Back in 2020 we worked on a tricky little project in The Gap QLD. The site had a 9m backward slope with a bushfire and Koala overlay. Our client had a limited budget to make her project work. The site also had a 7m Frontage and some difficult angles at the top. We designed a modern 5-bedroom home to work with the site and keep our client on budget. Here are some photos of the finished project showing what was achieved to get out client into their first home! The project was managed from the land acquisition through the design phase and to completion of the project and the builder was selected by the client from our tender process.
