Crossfit Nitro

Well this mornings presentation may not have quite gone to plan, but nonetheless we are so grateful to hand over another 10year Nitro clock, this time to Min! Min began with us as a very shy boy who would only commit to Personal Training with Jeff initially. It’s been amazing to see his development over the 10 years and Jeff has now claimed him as our 4th son! Huge congrats Min and thank you so much for your trust and continuous training with us. PS we will do some clock repairs and re-present one that hasn’t just fallen off the box!
