It’s a stunning late winters day in the Sunny Coast Hinterland today. Perfect weather to enjoy a Limoncello Basil Fling.
45ml Limoncello
6 basil leaves
Dry sparkling white wine
Add limoncello and basil leaves to cocktail shaker and muddle, add ice and shake. Pour into a chilled coup glass, top with a dry sparkling white wine and garnish with a couple of heads of basil twisted around a pick and some lemon zest curls.

Yuzutini 🍸
60ml Yuzu Gin
15ml Yuzu Sweet Vermouth
15ml Blanc
Add all to a cocktail mixing glass with a handful of ice and stir till frosty and slightly diluted. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a grapefruit swirl on your favourite cocktail pick.
