Shakshuka 🍅
Shakshuka is a simple dish made of gently poached eggs in a delicious chunky tomato and bell pepper sauce. Said to have originated in Tunisia, this breakfast recipe is popular in many parts of North Africa and the Middle East.

Massaman 🥥
Massaman silken tofu curry with sweet potato & cauliflower. Thisdish is thought to have originated in Malaysia and was introduced to Thailand in the 17th century from travelling Persian merchants who were responsible for the curry's popularity amongst royalty.

Porcini Mushroom Risotto 🍚
The origin of risotto dates back to the 14th-century BC, a time when Italy's humidity served as the ideal place to grow short-grain rice. This Porcini Risotto comes from Northern Italy and is a traditional first course or main served in Florentine households.
