NAIDOC Week 2026 has celebrated 50 Years of Deadly. Five decades of Elders, organisers, artists and communities who kept showing up.
To keep the celebration going, for the creative generations First Nations dance my daughter is participating in next week on the Brisbane stage, I’ve put together a gift bag filled entirely with products from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander items. Every item was chosen because the story behind it matters, and because of its beauty.
