Our Story

Sam is the loving father of 3 young daughters, and a husband of 17 years to wife Sonya. They live on a small acreage hobby farm in Houghton, and understand how to market hills properties. Sam dominates the north east suburbs and foothills market, but will gladly travel over to the East, inner city and further north if required. In fact, for the 2017 financial year, Sam was awarded 2nd place for the total Sales in South Australia & the Northern Territory combined.

Having cemented himself as THE dominant agent for ALL land holdings small or large, Sam also specialises in acreage, horse properties, subdivisions, land sales, downsizing and retirement properties, as well as commercial sites. Sam understands the needs and wants of those yearning to live anywhere from Houghton, Inglewood, Paracombe, Cudlee Creek, Birdwood, Kersbrook, Gumeracha and back down through One Tree Hill, where his parents live.

Sam believes in providing the best service possible so provides a team to deliver. Callum Kennedy his Sales Associate, grew up on a farm just out of Birdwood and loves the hills lifestyle and community. Callum has been heavily involved in the South Australian equestrian scene and understands the needs of the equestrian community. From a very young age, Callum has always aspired to work within the Real Estate industry. In 2016 Callum was the youngest person ever to complete the Certificate IV in Property Services and is still the youngest to this date. Callum continued on to compete in the schools Auction Idle competition in 2017. Callum continuously proves that age has no barriers when it’s your life dream to succeed in Real Estate.
