Beetroot tartlet for breakfast? Yes, please! Served with speck, blue cheese dressing and crunchy walnuts. Expect a combination of crunchy and creamy textures, with bold, earthy and savory flavours and a hint of sweetness. Definitely not your standard eggs and toast.
