Trak Recruiting (established by Garry Connell in 1995 to focus on executive and middle management roles In the retail and consumer sectors) and Scarlett Recruitment (established by G*i Scarlett in 2001 to focus on the wholesale fashion and b2b sales and design roles) together bring decades of expertise in successfully recruiting and placing high calibre people within high potential jobs within the retail, fashion, beauty, consumer, digital and related sectors throughout Australia, particularly Sydney and Melbourne, as well as internationally.

From junior jobs through to Executive Management “C level” and Board roles, we have specialist consultants who have deep expertise within the all sectors of the retail and wholesale fashion markets. We listen to our candidates’ requirements and then utilise our extensive database or adopt a “headhunt approach” to ensure you are connected to the best talent, not just those looking for a job.

Trak Human Resources (established in 2012 and directed by Belinda McPhee) provides a suite of consulting services aimed at improving efficiency, culture and maximising the return on your people investment. These include: performance management, compliance, leadership and development; talent management and succession planning; HR strategy for start-ups and established businesses; project-based HR such as cultural improvement, retention, talent management, policy and procedure development; coaching – executive and strategic Human Resources coaching to develop individuals and teams.

In 2018, we established TSHR which combines the talents of all 3 independently owned agencies, allowing us to provide a far greater range of “people related solutions” across the fashion, textile, beauty, retail, consumer and digital sectors.
