Trim Sailing

We spent months planning a route that would take us from Australia to Thailand before the end of the year.

4-5 months to sail over 5,000 nautical miles

Reasonable, on paper.
In practice, not so much.

Endless rain, mountain of land belongings to sort through, boat projects waiting for dry weather.

Thankfully we had a backup plan ready.

So, just weeks before departure, we changed our route, before the voyage even begun.
