Some official big news today, a positive future for my recruitment company that I have led for 27 years. I am excited to share our next chapter Mondo Search merges with Cult of Monday today.

I pinch myself… I’ve found a partner, Lauren Pearson, who is values-aligned, with a global team delivering strengths-based, innovative people solutions. I am excited, I will work for them running their community well-being facilitation sessions. This aligns well with the work that I do at The Women's Resilience Centre.
Even more special — my longest-serving colleague, Carmela Altadonna, Head of Exec Research, for 20+ years is excited to be part of this next adventure.
