Happy Tuesday Loved one .

In the past two months, I have learned the importance about teaching the power of boundaries to my clients and it has been such a gift to me as it helped me to remember the power that comes with setting them .

It is so easy to adjust our boundaries to fit our relationships but what we need to remind ourselves is that boundaries are about your relationship with yourself and your own values, and that they shouldn't be so fluid.

So my dear Friend lets enlighten ourselves about the effect of boundary setting within our own lives.

By affirming these powerful affirmations .

I am establishing new boundaries.
The gift of discernment protects me and gives me wisdom.
I am learning how to safely forgive and live well.
I hold the key to the gate of my heart, mind and body.
I am able to be kind and merciful and not get harmed.
I pay attention to my sense of security and heed any warnings.
My vision is clear and the presence of peace establishes my boundaries.

And so it is ,So much personal power that lies in setting boundaries from a place of love .

You do not realise the amount of energy and effort that lies in your struggle with Life and yourself .

The impulse to control and to strive , to perform and to attach .The struggle to be happy within yourself .

Therein lies the illusion of your thinking that your happiness and inner peace is equivalent to the amount of Struggle that you put yourself through .

This is counterproductive to your real need to feel worthy of who you are in every single moment of life . Struggle and striving is created when you have the belief that you are not enough created from the lack of self trust you have within yourself of who you are today.

Today I invite you to dismantle the belief that your efforts to struggle will help you gain that that which you desire .

Know that underneath your struggle and your striving lies the ache of coming home to the power of your authentic self

Many of us I believe has now come towards a cross roads ready to break free from the bo***ge of fear that holds us captive to find a world where freedom reigns .Yet the question is what must we do to enter the portal of freedom ?

To enter the lane where transformation will lead to the birth of the greatness that lies within each one of us.

Of course transformation cannot be measured by the number of books we read or courses we have done or lectures we attend.It can only be measured by the depths that we have gone through our own process.

So it is only something we can know for ourselves and the level of commitment that we have dedicated to it.It is a combination of commitment ,surrender and faith.It is our private integrity and something we walk with as we feel the level of hunger within our own cells for this deep transformation.

The question really is "How can I live in alignment at this moment with what I know is true for me?

Transformation takes time and it involves a lot of digging , dirt , weariness and cleansing and it's not easy.
But it's infinitely worth it.What you do get in return is a direct experience with yourself , and an enlightening understanding of who you are as an individual.

There is no shortcuts through the darkness that leads us towards the light, we have to be willing to keep going to make that conscious decision to not give up on the concept of our destination.

The final rewards are knowing that you are Holy and that the world Lies within YOU.

This is true freedom in its most natural form,Knowing that you are sovereign within!! This is the place where we begin to see clearly where the veil that separates us from our true identity begins to melt away and this is a gift we gift ourselves:the gift to be free -

to be totally open to the magic of it and herein lies the gold when you are bold enough to move into your Holy Hunger to be FREE !! 🙏🏻and so it is . Our quest to become self actualised.
