Two Inch Farms

My first Harvest after the first planting since having to stop, well; long term pause, the business side of my Microgreens journey.

About 1/3 of a 1020 tray of and about the same of . Also took a big handfuls of radish for the chooks and a wee bit of broccoli. Three trays of are also growing, but they haven’t been as quick as the other two. They are still our favourite as they are so versatile and when picked at the right time, so darn ❤️

All set up and roaring to go, well apart from ‘functioning’ on less than an hours sleep! 😒😂

I’m in between and today, for something a wee bit different. So it goes, pasta, freeze dried lollies, microgreens, cookies 😂😂😂

Am loving this afternoon. Have had big help from hubby this afternoon in getting trays cleaned, some stuff moved and new soil mix made, ready for the next round of plantings.

I had a catch up farmers market today and my back is sore and stiff but it’s been a productive day and that makes me happy :)
