Edges is a song-cycle about growth and growing: the story of four new adults asking questions about their life, future, and coming-of-age. Written by Tony-award winning duo Benj Pasek and Justin Paul (Dear Evan Hansen, The Greatest Showman, Dogfight) at the beginning of their careers at the University of Michigan, this charming, witty and honest work explores life teetering on the edge of the plunge into adulthood. Our characters deal with confronting their emotions, escaping their expectations, and deciphering the evolving nature of growing relationships; the songs covering such universal issues as love, identity, and meaning.
