You may have seen around your feeds that today is R U OK day - an initiative to encourage us to connect with one another in meaningful conversations.

Let's go above and beyond - let's not limit ourselves to one day a year. Every single day, someone you know is struggling, but may not want to get in touch because they don't want to be a "burden". We all deserve a chance to talk to someone about what's happening. Try to check in with your friends and family regularly - you can even set a reminder on your phone! (such as "Siri, remind me every Thursday at 12:00pm to check in with John Smith!").

We're not meant to go through this life alone - let's take care of one another and connect with each other, now more than ever.
