Hi, I’m Natalie, a Support Coordinator with a soft spot for tiny towns, red-dirt places and the wonderfully complex people who call them home. I’m warm, a little quirky, and I love supporting people in ways that feel grounded, respectful and genuinely theirs.

I’ve spent years walking alongside First Nations families in very remote communities, and those experiences shaped how I work, slowing down, listening properly and finding practical, creative pathways that truly fit the person in front of me.

What matters most to me is the everyday work: showing up, bringing steadiness when life feels tangled, and walking beside people at their pace.

Hello lovely humans, I'm Jacqui, a Support Coordinator with a warm, slightly alternative approach and a real passion for making the NDIS feel more human, honest and doable. I’m down to earth, approachable, and I believe support should meet people where they’re at, not squeeze them into a system shaped box.
For over 20 years, I’ve been the behind the scenes go to person who keeps things moving, organised and grounded. I’ve supported leaders, families, community projects and small businesses, and I love bringing calm, clarity and a touch of colour when life gets messy.
I also bring lived experience, having walked the NDIS journey with a family member. I understand the emotional load, the advocacy, and the importance of having someone in your corner who actually listens and gets it.
