Introducing the South West Rover Villa! Located at Eumeralla Scout Camp, the Villa is a valued part of our region, and one many may be seeing here for the first time.

For over 30 years, there’s been talk of building a deck at the Villa, and this year it’s finally happening!

A huge shoutout to our Region Assets Manager, Max, whose drive and persistence has helped push this project forward, alongside the many Rovers and Ex-Rovers who have contributed along the way to make it possible.

With the help of a dedicated team, along with support from the Eumeralla Scout Camp rangers, the deck frame and boards are now in place. A massive step forward for something that’s been a long time coming.

There’s still more work to come, including finishing touches and a roofed verandah, but it’s fantastic to see it all coming together!

South West Passed the Test!!!

A number of our regions' Rovers attended the Express Essentials and Unit Management courses on 18/4 and had a blast, learning tons of new things. The Rover Scouts Victoria training team ran a brilliant, engaging course that all who attended learned plenty from.

Great day in Horsham with Buandik Rovers at their local Kannamaroo Festival over the weekend! 🎉

It was awesome to get behind them and support their stall, and even better to have a chance to finally scarf up Aaron, our PR & Activities Officer, into the South West Region Exec at the event!
