I’m getting behind this as a local Mental Health First Aider and advocate — because the more we normalise these conversations, the easier it becomes to ask for help or offer support.

We’re hosting a simple community gathering at Origins Market next Friday 22 August, and you’re welcome to drop in and say hi 👋.
