Coomera Valley Rural Fire Brigade

Have you missed one of our Community Open Days?? Here is a snap-shot of the amazing displays, equipment and people you will get to meet on Sunday 26th of July. We had an amazing day last year but this year will be even bigger.

If you are new to the area, the local Fire Warden, Matt, will be attending and can provide advice on all matters relating to conducting a Hazard Reduction Burn on your property. He will have his Permit to Light book and could even provide a permit on the day when you provide an application. This is a free service provided by the incredible network of Volunteer Fire Wardens across the State of QLD.

Have you wanted to join RFSQ? There will be information on how to join Coomera Valley RFB and for any Brigade you may want to join. We can provide resources to assist you with the application process and who are our neighboring Brigades.

Do you want to know more about the upcoming Higher Risk Bushfire Period? Our Volunteer Community Educators will be on site to provide information on how you can prepare and get early notifications of fires in your area.
