We carefully measure your home, create concept plans, then walk through everything with you in detail; including a fixed price contract, specifications, and 3D perspectives. No vague surprises. No hidden extras.
3️⃣ Approvals + selections
Engineering, working drawings, council approvals, insurance, fixtures, finishes. We guide you through the whole process so it doesn’t feel overwhelming ✨
4️⃣ Construction begins
We plan carefully to minimise disruption to your everyday life, including temporary walls to separate construction zones from your home. And every tradie on site is a specialist in renovations and extensions 👏
5️⃣ Completion + ongoing support
