Returning to exercise doesn't have to mean jumping straight back in.
Sometimes it starts with something small, simple and supported.
Like a chair squat. 🪑
Chair squats are one of our favourite ways to rebuild strength, mobility and confidence, whether you're postpartum, returning after time away from exercise, or simply wanting movement to feel better in your body again.
And this is exactly the kind of work we'll be doing in our new Clinical Exercise sessions, physio-led, pelvic floor-aware movement that meets you where you're at and builds from there.
Small, consistent movement matters. And having the right support behind you can make all the difference.
