SL Distributors is seeking a motivated and reliable Part Time Administration Assistant to join our friendly team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

The role initially will be Part Time with the chance to add further hours for the right applicant.

About the Role
You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administration functions, including:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Serving Customers face to face
- Responding to customer emails and enquiries
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing Invoices
- Preparing Banking
- Other General Administration tasks

The successful applicant will provide
* Excellent Customer Service
*Strong Administrative and organizational skills
* Sound communication skills
* Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
* Ability to Multitask
* Ability to work independently and as a Team
