Looking in the wrong places?

We're guilty of it.

Teltonika Industrial Routers can be found in a range of our equipment and installations which means we're regularly maintaining and configuring them so when we ran into sudden internet connectivity issues, we immediately began looking at the Router Settings as the problem. When we'd checked settings and checked again without a solution we contacted our supportive team at 'RES-Q IT' who looked into the problem and after no issues being found on the Router, suggested we try a different machine and the problem vanished.
