For a girl whose ability to move was taken in a moment, giving up was never an option. My body might not work the way it used to, but my spirit remains unshaken, ready to meet each day head-on.

This moment—just sitting here, part of the rhythm of life—is more than it appears, it’s a testament to the resilience it takes to keep going. Life’s path may twist in unexpected ways, but even without a clear view of what’s ahead, there’s meaning in the journey itself.

Everyday moments often go unnoticed—the act of breathing, moving forward, simply being—but for me, they’re acts of quiet courage. The strength it takes to keep showing up, to embrace what is, and to hope for what could be, is a victory in itself.

Because even from this chair, life is full of possibilities. And I’m still here, embracing each one.❤️❤️❤️

Patient Story - Jasmine 11/12/2024

I have two of my inspiring patient’s stories to share. I will share one at a time and hopefully you can spare a few minutes each time to watch them. The research and work we do is life changing. Having you watch these and increase awareness of these options may change someone else’s life.

Firstly, introducing Jasmine. Thank you for sharing your story with the goal of raising awareness and helping others.
