Meet Sumayya …Freddie’s big sister and Hillbrook’s calm, collected silent assassin. With an engineering brain and razor-sharp estimation skills, she makes take-offs look effortless (and is rarely wrong).

She lets Freddie do the talking, only stepping in to put him back in his place …and yes, she’s forever looking after him and cleaning up his mess along the way.

Sumayya, your quiet leadership, precision, and steady presence make you an absolute weapon on our team. We’re lucky to have you!

Meet Freddie Khan …or as we call him, Optus 📶📱

Why Optus? Because he’s always saying YES. Yes to late nights. Yes to early mornings. Yes to things no sane person would say yes to. The man’s more connected than a 5G tower …even if it’s at his own expense.

Freddie’s been with Hillbrook’s for over a decade. He’s family. Loyal to the core. The kind of guy who’ll fight tooth and nail to keep both the client and the team happy …and then apologize for not doing more. 🙄

He started in the back room of our leaky old office - no heating, no ego - just a little desk, a big heart, and zero regard for proper desk etiquette. (Seriously😷)

Now he’s a registered builder, and we couldn’t be prouder. From backroom battler to certified site commander …Freddie’s journey is proof that hard work, grit, and borderline insanity really do pay off.

He’s the brother we love, the mate we roast, and the glue that keeps Hillbrook’s running… whether he’s juggling site chaos, client calls, or snacks he definitely didn’t clean up after.

Here’s to you, Freddie. For the laughs, the loyalty, and the endless “you up?” texts at 11:45pm.
