Shape Your Reality

It’s sure been a long time since I lasted posted but I couldn’t let this date pass without sharing something.

Today marks 10 years of remission ✨
It feels like such a momentous occasion and at the same time one that nearly just passed me by. It’s so hard to believe all that pain and suffering was once apart of my story and once thought to be part of my future.

I even had doctors tell me it was possible it would all come back when having children.
Well I can say two children later, that it did not.

I am so grateful for all I learned on my journey and the connections I made on the way. They shaped me and paved the way for my life to be more fulfilling and joyful than I could have ever imagined.

While I’m not coaching anymore (two little ones keep me very busy!) I hope this post can serve as hope for those going through it at the moment and a reminder of how powerful your body is. ✨

Last night I spent the evening dancing and celebrating the body that I have.
I took the evening to appreciate the fact that I now have the body I once wished so hard for.
Nights spent with tears pouring down my face, pain searing through my body, praying for relief, praying that one day my body would move again and promising I would never ever take that for granted.

Stop and take a moment.
Appreciate the things that you once wished for, and take the time to be grateful for the life you have created 💚
