🧠 Test yourself instead of rereading.
🕒 Try a full timed paper (you’ll thank yourself later).
😴 Sleep. Please.
🥗 Eat real food and drink water, your brain runs better on it.
🧹 Clean your space when it starts to feel heavy.
👯 Study with people who lift you up.
🌿 Take short breaks that actually help you reset.
📚 Do past papers - they’re gold.
💖 And remember, your ATAR doesn’t define you. You’ve already done so much to get here.
