Does this mouth look like it has had regular dental care?
The answer is NO, but alarmingly it actually has received recent dental treatment.
DON’T be afraid to ask questions.
DO Ask your dentist to show you inside your horse’s mouth before and after treatment and explain what the issues are and how they intend to resolve them.
Know what you are paying for, and know when to get a second opinion.
In this era, with the knowledge and equipment available we should not still be seeing mouths like these.
