Responsible for setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, the role will embed a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, innovation, and professional development.

Working collaboratively across the organisation, the role will manage and develop key customer partnerships across distributors, retailers, and resellers to drive brand loyalty and long-term value. As a senior leader, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to optimise processes, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer outcomes.

Commercially astute and data-driven, you will leverage analytics and market insights to identify emerging opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies that strengthen market leadership.
