✨ Fun fact: Did you know France has over 1,200 different types of cheese? General Charles de Gaulle once joked, “How can you govern a country which has 246 varieties of cheese?” Today, the number is thought to be well over 1,000!

As a French family living in Australia, we’re so grateful to share a little piece of our heritage with you through our delicious crêpes.
