Wynnum Presbyterian

We know that for many people in our community, Sunday is no longer a day off. Those with casual or shift work can’t always make the time, or for other reasons, find themselves away from their home area on weekends.

So starting July 29, Wynnum Presbyterian will begin an evening gathering during school terms. This will consist of a simple type of church service followed by a meal.

Please come and join us on Wednesdays at 6pm at the church as we start this new ministry.

For 130 years, Wynnum Presbyterian Church has proclaimed the Good News of Jesus Christ in our local area. During this time, the location has changed, the building has changed, and after 130 years, the faces have obviously changed as well. But the same church family has continued over the generations, and we will now commemorate this milestone with a special service.

For this occasion, we would love to have as many people as possible come and celebrate with us. Whether you’re someone who once attended Wynnum Presbyterian, have a friend or family member who comes to our church, or are just someone who didn’t even know we existed until now, we would love for you to come along.

Our service will start at 9:30am, Sunday June 28th, followed by a free brunch that we will be putting on immediately afterwards. No need to RSVP. Just show up on your own or with the whole family and celebrate with us.

New series starts tomorrow. This term we will be looking at the opening part of Revelation and the messages Jesus has for his churches.
