Clove is another super oil. I use this like Frank to be honest. If in doubt use Frank &/or Clove.
Clove for a toothache works exceptionally well. & pain relief lasts quite a while.

Lemon is what our bodies need. Cleansing, freshening, focussing, clearing, & tasty!
My lemon tip for the day is, add 10 drops of Lemon to cooled boiled water in a small spritzer bottle. Use this to spray cut avocados to help stop them browning or spray salads before serving. Just adds a little zing :)

Helichrysum is such a beautiful oil.
One of it's many benefits is it helps to stops small bleeds.
Im allergic to bandaids, so this oil comes in very handy when Ive had a small knife cut or blood nose. Just a tiny dab is all you need.
