Chillo Frito is a delicious Puerto Rican dish based around fried red snapper. It’s often served as part of a larger meal or as part of an appetizer platter.

A client contacted us with the task of capturing the process of making the dish from start to finish. We had to design the Caribbean look and decide on the story-telling of the cooking process.

It was new, exciting and very delicious, we may add, to create this recipe story.
