Teea Inn Garden Restaurant is looking for a skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team! We specialize in Fast Food, Thai, Chinese, Indian, and Bangladeshi cuisine, and we’re looking for someone with strong experience in restaurant management and marketing.

Location: Moyez Miar Bagan Bari, Sherpur Road, Bogura
Position: Full-time
Start Date: Immediate, based on discussion

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service

Lead, train, and motivate team members

Plan and implement marketing strategies to attract more customers

Manage inventory, suppliers, and cost control

Monitor sales and profitability, set targets, and improve performance

Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests

Maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role

Strong knowledge of marketing, promotions, and customer engagement

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience with multi-cuisine restaurants is a plus

Ability to manage a fast-paced work environment
